Imperial Palace Boutique Hotel Itaewon Seoul

During my stay at Imperial Palace Boutique, I was pleasantly surprised by the unique pop art style of the hotel. The bright and stylish décor, paired with good reading lights, created a vibrant and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel staff promptly made up my room and fully refreshed it, which added to the overall positive experience.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to reach by taxi from the airport and to go for sightseeing. It is in close proximity to everything in Itaewon. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with ample toiletries provided. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel offers great views of the city from the 8th floor.

Some customers mentioned that the lighting in the rooms was weird, with the bathroom being too bright and the other lights being dim.

The hotel had a fantastic location, with a couple of minutes walk to the nearest train station and plenty of shopping and food options nearby. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. One of the best aspects was the helpful and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Additionally, the bathroom amenities provided were top quality and added a luxurious touch to our experience.

Although the room was spacious, the carpet seemed old and in need of refreshing, which made it appear a bit dirty. the shower was a little tricky to use and didn't always work properly.

Location was perfect very near samsung art museum n good shops n restos, staff were beautiful, everything was clean throughout. Exceptionally comfortable bed, bright and non-smoking room. The bathroom was also clean and included a bidet, which I loved🙂😀

This hotel in a great park of Seoul known as Itaewon offers excellent value for money. It is within walking distance of two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is located in a vibrant and tourist-friendly area, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with glass see-through bathrooms and nice views from the higher floors. The air conditioning works perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay even during hot summer days. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the nearby Starbucks or at a charming little boulangerie just down the road.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Seoul. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the vibrant Itaewon district, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The convenience of being near two metro stations made exploring the city a breeze. Secondly, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The basic amenities provided in the room were a nice touch, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping me comfortable throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms on the higher floors offered a decent view of the surrounding area, adding to the overall experience. Oh, and I must mention the delicious breakfast I had at a nearby boulangerie, although it was not included in the hotel fare.

No major issues, everything was just fine.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better! It's situated just off the bustling main street, making it super convenient to explore the neighborhood. Plus, it's surrounded by plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, so finding a tasty meal or a caffeine fix is a breeze. the staff here are like a breath of fresh air - so friendly and always willing to help make your stay enjoyable. And our room had all the amenities we needed, including a comfy bed and a spacious bathroom.

One thing to note is that if you're a light sleeper or looking for a relaxing weekend, you might want to request a room on the upper floors. There's a nightclub in the basement that can sometimes be heard depending on the floor you're on.

We loved this hotel! The location was really convenient, close to the subway station and lots of restaurants and bars. The cleanliness was superb, our room was kept clean every day with fresh towels and even the coffee capsules were restocked daily. The staff was really friendly and professional, allowing us early check-in at noon for free. We had an amazing breakfast at the cafe downstairs and it was one of the few places that opened earlier than others in this city.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. The hotel's location was perfect, in a safe and convenient area close to Hannam and Itaewon. The hotel's interior was beautiful, with a gorgeous lobby and well-appointed rooms. Complimentary toiletries and a snack bar were nice touches. The checkout time was also a bit later, which was convenient.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
